How is the rental price determined?
The cost of your storage unit depends on several factors:

7-Day Access: You can visit your unit anytime—weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Trolleys Available: Free use of trolleys to move your items effortlessly.
Are there any extra fees I should be aware of?

Administration Fee
Good news! We do not charge a one-time administration fee when you sign your first contract with us.
Lock Requirement
For security reasons, your unit must be secured with a padlock. If your current lock does not fit, you can purchase a sealed padlock from us for £5.00.
Insurance for Your Goods
While our facilities are fully insured, you must have insurance to protect your stored belongings from loss or damage.
Insurance costs vary based on the value of your stored items. The replacement value of your goods determines the level of protection you need.

Security Deposit
All customers are required to pay a security deposit before storing with us. The amount is based on the size of the room you choose. Our standard deposit is £1.00 per square foot (including VAT). For example, a 20 sq ft unit requires a non-negotiable £20.00 deposit. This will be returned to you when you vacate, subject to our terms and conditions.
Can I pay weekly or monthly?
No. Payments are taken every 4 weeks only. However, you may choose to pay further in advance, and if you pay for more than 52 weeks, you could be eligible for our pre-payment discount. For more details, please speak us on +44 116 509 4000.
